Each
year the achievements of outstanding adult learners in Fife
are celebrated through Adult Learners’ Awards.
The
event presents an opportunity for learners, their families,
mentors and tutors from throughout Fife to come together
to celebrate the personal achievement made through learning.

For
many people taking part in a learning programme in
their local community is the starting point on a journey
towards more advanced education and/or employment.
Within the Fife Learning Network we have over 40 locally
based centres including 16 local libraries which offer
a wide range of learning opportunities.
Through participation in these programmes, adults
returners can increase in confidence and gain new
personal and work related skills that will help them
to achieve their goals.
Guidance and support are available to help learners
make the right choices about routes for progression
and the pages on this website will help you to explore
your options and plot your journey.
Transitions
brings together Forum partners to develop a collaborative
programme of post 16 activities that will help fill
gaps in provision, support progression and provide learners
with information and guidance that will assist them
on their lifelong learning journeys.
